We ship all of our orders tracked with ePacket, DHL as they provide the best security and traceability. Some orders are sendt by Airmail in this case you will recieve your order by your local postal services, all shipment are traceable.

Shipping time is 7-14 business days for the following countries: United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For all other countries, shipping time can take 14-60 business days.


Normal processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. 

We source our products from several vendors. This allows us to offer small prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is business days working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.

Customs, natural events or ground strikes may cause shipping delays. Silwery is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from external events. Contact us with any questions.



Yes. Silwery aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you would like to return or exchange please contact us first and we will arrange everything for you.

  • Returns must be in brand new condition, with original box
  • Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you

If your Silwery jewelry has a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, replace them for you at no cost.

When can I expect a refund?

We don't withhold refunds. Refunds are normally processed the same working day after the returned goods are inspected and approved.


Import Duties and Tax

All orders are currently shipped from the factory via warehouses in Asia. Depending on where you are located you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

All orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. We do not collect payment for any import taxes or duties on our website nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost. All charges associated with import tax and duties are solely the recipient’s responsibilities. For more information about import taxes and duties please visit our

USA – All orders below US$800 will be excluded from import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders below AUS$900 will be excluded from import duties. For more information, please check with the Australian Border Force and the Australian Taxation Office.

EU - Customs All orders below EUR€150 will be excluded from import duties. For more information, please check with the European Commission or consult your local customs office.

All other non-European countries – If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to customs fees and import duties, we advise you to consult your local customs office.

Please note that no rights can be granted on the above information and that we can not be held responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. When you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.


What is your Warranty Policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. All Silwery jewelry are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 12 months.

Silwery does not warrant against accidents or lack of care that result in cracks, breakage or dents. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered. Assessment of any products under warranty remain at the discretion of Silwery.
